Username and Email

    The email address you first enter becomes your permanent Login Username. Your email can be changed but your Username cannot.

    • Your unique Player ID and Shirt Number will be allocated after you join.

  • Allocated after you join. Use this prefixed with TOPUP (as in "TOPUPXX99") as the bank reference in all payments you make to us.

  • This will be added at time of ordering your first set of shirts/smocks.

 

Name and Contact Details

  • Name you use socially and in emails (e.g. Mike).

  • The first name on your passport or other official documents (e.g. Michael)

  • Last Name

  • If no mobile use home phone number.

  • We need YES to contact you about playing events and Thistles participation (you will not be inundated). NO will limit contact to formal matters only (e.g. AGM).

 

Hockey Info

  • Select from the calendar or enter dd/mm/yyyy (eight digits plus the two slashes).

  • Associate your membership with one of these two playing section: Ladies/Female or Men/Male. (Not Specified means receiving double information.)

  • Do you primarily consider youself as a: GK, Def/Mid/Att or as an umpire?

  • Name of the "Saturday" hockey club you are associated with. Use NA where not applicable.

  • Four SCOTTISH districts to associate yourself with or ENGLAND or None of Above

  • Name, relationship to you, mobile number and email address of the person(s) to contact in case of emergency.
