Indoor World Cup:  After the joy of beating USA national team 5-2 Thistles make the final of IMC section to play England B.  Result now in: England B win 12-3 with Thistles gaining moral victory of outscoring them in the final quarter.  A great result and another medal for Thistles this year.

Lille: Third place, great result and excellent team spirit.  We won every game except the semi-final to the Dutch who won the whole event.  Report up shortly.

Oxford M55 and Ireland M60

In order to confirm this fixture squads have already been gathered.  These are flagged to show how quality fixtures at various age groups are increasing.

Keep adding names to the Apply For and we aim to accommodate everyone in the squads.

World Cup (IMC)

M50 Rotterdam, M55 and M60 Brasschaat (Antwerp), M65 and M70 Breda but sadly no M75.  We believe WMH are compiling ranking points even for the SoM teams like Thistles so we have to be competitive.  Selection is underway and it's such balancing act as we want those Thistles who are trialling for National if not selected and at the same time we need to inform early so that travel and accommodation can be booked.  Please bear with us.

Lakes, May.  Unlikely this year, the pitch used is being re-laid and alternatives have fallen through.

Advice is: log into the system and then click links or whatever.  The number of times I've logged in then closed the browser nearly equals the repeat clicks on images of what a bicycle is.  (Fraid Captcha is needed.)

ADVANCE NOTICE:  The Exec decision is that only members who have registered as Full Playing Members, Eighties or Life with the New Membership System (NMS) will be entitled to vote at the AGM.  All others are welcome but the voting register will only be compiled from the NMS.

Pre-existing members should scroll down the Join Us page and use the large "Join as:" button as if a brand new membership.  Note: 80s have their own membership category and should use the 80s button.

System is working well with flexibility for the Coordinators to raise the squad by any means and the Commit To event page (via a link supplied to the squad) providing certainty to the Treasurer and others of who is solid for the event.
