World Masters Hockey – Indoor World Cup 2024
28 March – 1 April 2024 – Nottingham University.
Based on previous indoor experience John Swift is organising an o55s (including some o60s) Thistles team for this event. Scottish Masters Hockey are also registering an o55s and possibly o60s team. By December (final date to withdraw a team cost free) we shall know whether one or two teams from Scotland are going. By then also WMH will advise whether the Thistles o55s team is competing in SoM or joint SoM/Intl competition or combining age groups.
John has worked through the contacts he knows to form a squad. However he is keen that the whole Thistles membership is aware of this event and if any relevant members wish to join the squad they can contact him via this email link.
