Apologies for the delay with firming up the date for the Club AGM, this was due to us wishing this to be after the AGM of SMH and wanting the support of Scottish Hockey for the ZOOM meeting. Any concerns from anyone about the AGM being slightly delayed please raise directly with Mike.

The Executive Committee are appointed for two years as per the Constitution, see attached, however Alan wishes to concentrate more on his role as ‘webmaster’. As a result we would hope to elect a Vice President at this AGM, male or female. Nominations and Seconder details to be given to the Secretary by 10th May 2022. Should no-one come forward then Alan is willing to continue in this dual role.

We are also hoping to co-opt a female member of the Club onto the Executive, volunteers welcome.

As you are all aware we decided recently at Executive that some of the funds currently held by the club should be distributed as fairly as possible amongst members and that this would involve us subsidising GK and Outfield playing kit for any member who wished this and also provide our three or four ‘Open Masters Events’ at no charge for all members going forward. The Order Form for new kit has now been sent away and we are hopeful that this kit will be available for distribution at the next ‘Open Masters Event’ on Sunday 12th June, venue TBC.

The subscription for the year ahead will remain at £20.00. All members should transfer this sum to the Club Account as soon as possible.

Members who ordered the ‘New Logo’  kit know that this has been subsidised greatly. If you ordered one new top, either GK or Outfield then you should pay another £10.00 to the Club. If you have ordered two playing tops or two GK smocks then you pay another £20.00 to the Club. Those members who ordered more than two tops or a mixture of GK and Outfield kit will receive individual emails.

If you wish to raise any other business at the meeting then this should be communicated to the Secretary14 days in advance, thus by 10th May.
