You MUST bring a completed Thistles Medical Form to all Events.  Read the Thistles procedure, fill in the form, bring it with you in a sealed envelope.

Travel and Medical Insurance

For some events the organisers have us declare that every participant has their own travel and medical cover.  Thistles is working on an insurance policy for you but in the meantime any insurance you take out has to cover you for playing "organised competitive amateur field hockey".
